History
The Cirby Place community was built between 1980 and 1984, made up of 164 half-plexes (duets), on Green Hill,
Meadow Gate & Ravine View Drives.
The homeowner's association was formed in 1979.
Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the Cirby Place Homeowners Association is to “improve the appearance of the community by providing for maintenance and architectural control of the residence units” in order to retain property values and promote a comfortable, attractive, neighborhood where residents feel welcome, respected and valued.
